- Pay: $85,000-$105,000 per year

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of Sales Experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate and share information
- Vehicle/ Valid DL/ Insurance
- Maintain a professional attitude, with sincerity and enthusiasm, when dealing with clients
- Can carry & climb a ladder and not afraid of heights
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Generate leads, build a personal network, and schedule appointments for product presentations and pitches.
✅ Customize sales presentations to suit the client’s needs and highlight specific benefits of our products and services.
✅ Conducting Inspections of roofs and exteriors and documenting damage via pictures, measurements and notes.
✅ Nurture prospective customers by following-up with high-quality referrals from existing clients.
✅ Completing a scope using the company's software.
✅ Presenting findings to prospects and closing roof reconstruction Agreements based on cash or insurance proceeds.
✅ Providing proper documentation to the inside production team to begin roofing and reconstruction projects.
✅ Being present at roofing & reconstruction projects to answer customer questions and attempt to offer services to neighbors.
✅ Complete all necessary paperwork related to any applicable insurance process.
✅ Attend sales meetings.
